This film elucidates the mysterious link between evil and the infamous Santa Ana Winds. The "Red Wind" originates inland and blows through the coastal Southern California. Legend has it that these extremely dry down-slope hot airs have supernatural connotations. Causing tense, uneasy, wrathful moods among Angelenos. Raymond Chandler chronicled it best. Every booze party ends in a fight. Meek little wives feel the edge of the carving knife and study their husbands neck. Anything can happen. You can even get a full glass of beer at a cocktail lounge.
